- Pricing is for a presentation to teams within a single company. If additional companies would like to share the same session, they can do so for an additional $150 per additional company included beyond the first one. Sessions presented to multiple companies simultaneously must pay the $300 recording add-on for each company if they choose to add on the recording and slide deck option.

AI Marketing Team Jumpstart Training ($3,499)
- Day 1: One-hour remote video consultation with Nicole. This call can be with the marketing leader (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, Director, etc) alone, or with multiple members of the marketing team. The purpose of these meetings is to understand the client's objectives and goals with generative AI, current marketing workflows and strategies, overall tech stack, any AI tools used by the team, and experience levels of the team with these tools, current marketing pain-points, etc. This call will be used to inform the personalization of the training.
- Day 2: Personalized 90-minute remote training session for all members of the client's marketing leadership and team. The personalized training session will cover the marketing potential of using AI tools, how to integrate AI into your workflow for best results, basic skills training/guidance for leveraging the tools, how to identify instances where AI can increase performance or efficiency, and more.
- Base package price includes the training session for up to 20 participants. You can add additional participants for $20/person.
- Recording of the training session is allowed for an additional $300. When a recording is added you will also get a copy of the slide deck. Recordings and decks may not be shared outside of the purchasing organization. The company is responsible for the technology to record the session if they choose this addition.
- Personalized use cases and skills walk throughs for this level of training are limited to utilizing the following tools: ChatGPT Plus (including DallE-3 image generation), Claude, Bing, Edge Browser, Midjourney, Adobe Photoshop Generative AI. Not all tools will be included in every training (tools will be determined in prep call). For companies with OpenAI Enterprise ChatGPT accounts, training can be shown in an Enterprise account at no additional charge, however an OpenAI Enterprise ChatGPT account login will need to be provided for Nicole to use while building your training (otherwise walk-throughs will be shown in a ChatGPT Plus account interface). In depth training on other tools not listed above is NOT available for packages purchased at this level. (For a training that includes other tools, including both publicly available tools and in-house tools, custom OpenAI GPT integrations, and Microsoft Azure OpenAI integrations, please see the additional information under the Team Transformation package)
- Company will be responsible for providing Nicole with the items needed to personalize the presentation (this includes existing content asset examples, personas, and basic information about the industry you serve).
- Company provides the Zoom / video call link that can accommodate their team
- Nicole will need a minimum of 7-10 days to personalize your presentation between day 1 and day 2.
- NOTE: Pre-payment in full is required to reserve calendar time.
Standard marketing use case examples will be included in the training presentation. These use case examples will be personalized to the specific company.
There will be opportunities for members of the team to ask questions and receive additional guidance from Nicole.
Additional Information:
AI Marketing Team Transformation Training ($5,999)
- Day 1: One-hour marketing leader (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, Director, etc) video consultation with Nicole AND up to 2 additional hours of individual or small group remote meetings with the marketing leader and/or members of the client's team.
The purpose of these meetings is to understand the client's objectives and goals with generative AI, current marketing workflows and strategies, overall tech stack, any AI tools used by the team, and experience levels of the team with these tools, current marketing pain-points, etc. These meetings will be used to customize the training specifically for the client.
- Day 2: Custom two-hour remote training session for all members of the client's team, PLUS an additional 30-minute minute debrief call with Nicole for marketing leader. (Client may choose to do a 90-minute training if preferred).
- Base package price includes the training session for up to 20 participants. You can add additional participants for $20/person.
- Recording of the training session is allowed for an additional $300. When a recording is added you will also get a copy of the slide deck. Recordings and decks may not be shared outside of the purchasing organization. The company is responsible for the technology to record the session if they choose this addition.
- Base package price includes use cases and skills walk throughs limited to utilizing the following tools: ChatGPT Plus (including DallE-3 image generation), Claude, Bing, Edge Browser, Midjourney, Adobe Photoshop Generative AI. Not all tools will be included in every training (tools will be determined in prep call). For companies with OpenAI Enterprise ChatGPT accounts, there is no additional cost to have walk throughs be shown in an Enterprise account, however a login will need to be provided (otherwise walk-throughs will be shown in a Plus account interface). For companies needing training on specific tools not listed above: Skills training for other non-enterprise level publicly available tools not listed above can be included in the deck for an additional $1,500 per tool. Skills training for in-house custom configured tools and in-house enterprise only tools (including Microsoft Azure OpenAI tools, custom built OpenAI API interfaces, etc.) can be included in the deck for an additional $3,000 per tool. In order to include tools beyond those listed, the company must provide a login for Nicole to have full access the tool while preparing the training, in addition to purchasing the add-on. For any custom configured in-house or enterprise only tools or interfaces, one hour of the prep calls needs to be used for a meeting with someone in-house who understands the enterprise's unique configuration of the tool that can walk through the set-up with Nicole. Any add-on tools you would like to add to your training package must be discussed prior to booking the training and included in the service agreement, in order to make sure Nicole can accomodate the additional preparation time and your company needs.
- Company provides the Zoom / video call link that can accommodate their team.
- Company will be responsible for providing Nicole with the items needed to personalize the presentation (this may include items like existing content asset examples, personas, and basic information about the industry you serve). Company will be responsible for providing any logins and information necessary to customize the training with add-on tools.
- Nicole will need a minimum of 7-14 days to formulate her recommendations, research specific to the client's company goals, and customize your presentation between day 1 and day 2.
